Construction goes full steam ahead on Classeq Limited’s new facility at Beacon Business Park
Construction on the new manufacturing facility for Classeq Limited ware washers at Beacon Business Park in Stafford, is going full steam ahead.
Only a few months after planning permission was approved by Stafford Borough Council on 16 May 2016, construction started on the site and is now well under way.
Having outgrown their current premises in Hixon, the industrial ware washing company already knew the advantages of having commercial property in Staffordshire.
With expansion in mind, Beacon Business Park’s new 50 acre development zone was the obvious choice. Plans were put in place to house their manufacturing and distribution in a single facility, which is on track to be completed by August 2017.
The new 3,156 square metre unit will incorporate production lines, sales and support offices, meeting room and a new showroom.
