Following the recent completion of the Weston Road and Blackheath Lane roundabout, access to Beacon Business Park and the extended 50 acre development zone has just got easier for business tenants and visitors to Stafford’s prime employment zone.
The 24-hour security access has been relocated from Weston Road and is now accessible from the business park service spur road. This will further enhance the flow of traffic on the Weston Road and enables the release of a further 5 acres of warehouse and office development on the existing Beacon Business Park.
The new road off the roundabout now has improved access for vehicles coming on and off the business park. Complete with a 24 hour security system to improve safety, this improved road system also opens up the new development road frontage plots which are earmarked for a public house, retail units and other mixed uses.
Poor transport links had been one of the major issues holding back business growth on this eastern side of Stafford. The new access road now removes this constraint, and opens the park up for investment and development.
