New pub ‘Knot and Plough’ to create 40 jobs

Recruitment is under way for the Marston’s PLC pub the ‘Knot and Plough’, currently under construction at Beacon Business Park in Stafford. The leading brewery and pub operator say work is progressing well on the pub, which will create 40 new jobs for the local area.

Rob Clayton, area operations manager for Marston’s PLC, says “We’re only a few weeks away from opening so this is an exciting time for the Knot and Plough. We believe that when it’s open the pub will quickly build a reputation for excellent value for money, great food and fantastic customer service.”

Last November, Marston’s PLC were announced as the first to purchasers on the 50 acre extension to Beacon Business Park in Staffordshire. The new pub, which is set to open in June, is part of their new build development plan across the country.
