The first new enterprise on Staffordshire’s most exciting commercial property development opened its doors on 8 June. The Knot and Plough, a Marston’s pub and carvery is already thriving creating 40 new jobs and is already attracting a large number of visitors a week.
Adjacent to the pub, the 0.8 acre site for a convenience store development has received full planning permission and has been sold, subject to contract.
Away from the roadside frontages, there is a growing level of interest in the industrial plots.
“We have been delighted with the interest that we have been receiving, a great deal of it from overseas companies,” comments Andrew Bramall. “A number of plots are under negotiation, and we expect to be making some exciting announcements soon”.
Aside from its great location with access to key national communications routes, Beacon Business Park boasts three unique selling points which are making it particularly attractive.
